Alicia is great in that advert, as well as Bolt. I just love it when she goes "what?!"

Haha the bolt part was pretty good. But alicia was also pretty great with her horse noises and dance moves

"It is a Yurchenko-style vault, meaning that the gymnast performs a round-off onto the board, a back handspring onto the horse, and a flip off. In the Amanar, the flip off the horse is a 2.5 twisting layout back flip.

shawn's vault at the olympics was an amanar, unless i am mistaken, and she debuted it at the 08 american cup.
