Honestly I've always thought that the Romanians had the prettiest gymnasts.
Except for Shawn of course. =D

I think the Romanian who won on floor at the Olympics was hot but with Shawn, Sam, Nastia and Alicia in the team, America have them beat

Hahaha. I remember watching and recording her events every night in August... I miss those days.... I remember my heart racing when she did her beam exercise. I was so nervous! And when she won I jumped up and screamed super loud!

I remember it being about 11am in the morning over here and my dad saying that he wanted me to do some yardwork and then me waiting for like half an hour until she'd done her routine only for him to come into the room at me going yes!!! and jumping around like a 4 year old. I used to stay up till like 3am to watch Phelps too and all the other events that were on in the morning over there. Man I miss the Olympics

Ours were always really late into the night. Like when Shawn won gold it was probably like 11:45 PM or so. I miss them too...
I can't wait for the winter ones! But I REALLY can't wait for the 2012 Olympics!!!

Winter ones should be good, the events there are really good. But, like you, I can't wait for 2012 partly because it's here, partly because of the fact it's the Olympics and partly because I'll get to see Shawn!

lol if they started now there'd be no stadium. It's starting to take shape though and the design is really good, lots of seats and a nice shape but no striking design like the Bird's Nest

well most of the birds nest was for show. i wish that the olympic stadiums would be the open like for example, when they were in Los Angeles.the only problem is weather, thats why its better mostly enclosed.
