o and there is this funny part in her book too, it has this picture in it with a quote by her dad next to the pic:

hey guys I'm back. Glad that you guys agree with me that that pic of shawn is prolly the best of all.

It was a lot of fun snowboarding and I showed that snow who's boss except for this one time I was flying down the mountain and I turned pretty sharp and caught the back edge of the snowboard and drilled my tailbone, laid there for about 10 minutes lol. It's still sore lol.

Oo. And on the way to Colorado and back we went through Des Moines !! I was pumped, but we never made a stop there unfortunately (we rode on a charter bus) .

Haha I want to go to Des Moines so badly. Some friends and I are talking about taking a road trip up there on Shawn Johnson Day in October. With the 4 of us, driving 6 hours isn't that bad at all. We want to go so badly!

I'd love to go there too. I'm thinking of going to America either this summer or next and just drving from wherever I land (probably New York) to Des Moines and going to see places in between like Washington, Philadelphia. I know it'll take up a lot of gas but still
