Hey everyone

Hi everyone my name is Katie
I'm 14 and have been a fan of Shawn since about 2005
I guess I'm also a member of wwgym, intlgymnast
I know lots about her like many her and make montages of her in my spare time
I'm a former level 8 gymnast but forced to quit in 2006
I had qualified for Level 9 and had my routines together at that time
So I guess I have knowledge in the sport
I dance now and still follow the sport quite closelessly
My current favorites(of people of have comepeted within 2008) are Shawn Johnson, Ivana Hong, Sami Shapiro, Bridget Sloan, Kamerin Moore, Halie Mosset, Mattie Larson, A-Sac, Mackenzie Caquatto (the list could go on for ever but those are my favorite Americans the International list could take days lol)
I guess I looked foward to meeting everyone here...

I had to quit do to consistent injury and my mom feeling like if I were to be continuing on I would be in a wheelchair before I turned 18
It wasnt my decision it was more of my moms...
I do dance now and still have had many injuries...
I was planning on coming back last year and then my knee went out... (tore my ACL)
I then had surgery made a comeback competed once inernationally(with my dance team) then quit competition...
I had in the back of my mind I would come back her soon now its fully healed till Thursday when I retore it...
I'm out injured again and going to have surgery next month so then will take it from there

Sorry to hear about your injuries.....I know how that goes, I have way to many to count from playing hockey.

I'm sorry to hear that. That's unfortunate. When injuries take you out of what you love doing, it's horrible.

rofl just don't aplogies to Kyle he doesn't deserve it, and welcome Katie. I had a leg injury myself I think it was 2 years ago, had my knee broken that has kept me away from any serious running anymore.

acl injuries are terrible. never had one myself, but my friends have. keeps you out of competition for almost a year. i had a knee injury that required surgery last summer and i havent participated in high level competition since. hopefully since you are young you can recover and get back.

acl injuries are awful, just look at Tom Brady out for a year! I've never had anything that bad but playing a lot of soccer brings a few leg and foot injuries

I feel sorry for Brady, but i'm glad he got injured...

Hopefully Katie can teach us some technical gymnastics terms because I for one know very little about gymnastics

That would be nice, I only know enough to figure out about what Shawn's score would be after her routine lol.
