Why would she do it though? It's not a pleasant thing to see. One guy from Saudi Arabia left his hand in the same position for 26 years as a salute to God but then he lost all feeling and movement in it lol

I read about that guy. Like, his fingers and stuff grew together. It was weird.

i looked it up and it says that she does everyday tasks like washing up and cleaning and she lives with her husband who has alzheimers disease. that answers more than a few questions lol

her poor husband. But still at least she still does stuff around the house but if I was her I'd have written an autobiography by now or rather dictated while someone else wrote

she has been growing her nails for 24 years. think about all the normal things (like typing on a computer!) that would be near impossible and less enjoyable because you have long fingernails.

I still don't get why she did it. I'll try and find my book of records and see why

I guess its something no one had done before her, or it was just one of the easier world records that could be broken lol.
