White Knight's Des Moines Trip

All right, I thought I might post some pics from my trip to Des Moines. I don't know if this is the right place to put these, BUT they all have to do with Shawn so.....enjoy.

First one is Chow's Gym:



This was a banner that was on the side of the Iowa Hall of Pride/Wells Fargo Arena, it's all one big complex:

Shawn during the intermission, waiting for her turn. It was funny because the little girl next to her was standing at the other end of the mat, in Shawn's way and Shawn keep trying to yell to her and waving her hand to the side, you had to be there, but it was cute:



Sorry this one is blurry, but I had to put it up. Shawn kept coming by and waving at someone near us that she knew, I kept thinking she was waving at me, hehe:

I'll admit it, I'm jealous! The last pic is great, you must have been shaking with nerves when you met her lol

Is there a "smiley" for jealous?

It must have been so special too because it was Shawn's hometown

If you were there, Scrawney, and able to drive, COULD you stop yourself going to see Shawn's house?

If I knew where it was then I might have to go have a look lol

Alright boys, no talk about stalking Shawn.

We were there for the weekend. The show was on Friday, so we spent the rest of the weekend just checking stuff out (and no I did not drive by Shawn's house, though it was probably within about a mile of our hotel, so we drove by the neighborhood everytime we went anywhere, but only cause we had to, I promise ) I actually thought it was a pretty cool town and the show was great. A lot of people kept going up to Shawn during breaks in the show and asking for an autograph, but she kept saying she couldn't.......so I was glad we had the meet and greet passes. Chow was there hanging out around the stage and taking pictures with people, that is one thing I should have got, but didn't....oh well, there is always next time!

Why is Shawn not allowed to give autographs? I'd have thought it was up to her?

I'm not sure, but a few people near us went up to her and I heard hear say she wasn't allowed to.

I am assuming the show didn't want her to, because if she started it may not stop.

Yeah that seems most likely and probably they wanted to make the meet and greet extra special. Next time you HAVE to go and speak to Chow

Maybe it was because of the backstage passes. If you could just walk up to Shawn and get a picture and autograph, there's not point on paying the extra money to meet her backstage.

Don't take the thread locking personally, It's just because I don't want people to start talking about whatever.

It seems the kind of thing that the tour would control, Shawn doesn't seem the type to turn down autographs and the show would probably get some complaints from people who bought meet and greet tickets when they could of got it for free and they'd probably lose money on signed merchandise too
